Nicolas HOMS, operating under the trade name Inchoms, is the data controller responsible for the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Data Not Transmitted or Collected by Inchoms
NoStatic is designed to operate locally on your device. In its current version, NoStatic does not transmit personal data to Inchoms or to third parties.
In particular, NoStatic does not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, health data, payment information, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity.
NoStatic does not currently use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or remote user accounts.
Information required for the app to function, such as your plans, reminder settings, preferences, and certain device or system settings, is processed locally on your device as described in the following sections.
3. Data Stored Locally
NoStatic stores the information required for its core features locally on your device.
This may include:
- your NoStatic plans and plan names;
- selected reminders and reminder schedules;
- configured static periods and frequency settings;
- notification preferences;
- language and time format preferences;
- reminder completion and acknowledgement states;
- other local settings and technical information required to operate reminders and maintain the app’s state.
NoStatic may also use certain device and system settings locally, such as your device language, time format, time zone, notification status, and battery/background settings, in order to configure the app and deliver reminders correctly.
These data and settings are not transmitted to Inchoms and are not stored on servers operated by Inchoms.
NoStatic does not provide or use a NoStatic cloud backup or synchronization service in its current version. On Android, application backup is disabled for the current version of NoStatic.
Device or operating-system migration mechanisms may operate independently of NoStatic and may be controlled by your platform or device provider. Inchoms does not operate or access such mechanisms.
4. Notifications and System Permissions
NoStatic uses system permissions only when they are required to provide its reminder features locally on your device.
Depending on your device and operating system version, NoStatic may request or use permissions related to:
- sending local notifications;
- scheduling reminders at precise times;
- maintaining a persistent notification used for the next-reminder countdown;
- running certain reminder-related operations in the background;
- restoring reminder scheduling after a device restart or relevant system time changes;
- requesting access to battery optimization settings in order to improve reminder reliability.
These permissions are used only to support NoStatic’s local reminder functionality. They are not used to collect personal data for Inchoms.
Notification permissions, battery optimization settings, and other related system controls are managed by your device and operating system. You can review or change these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Some device manufacturers may apply additional background restrictions that NoStatic cannot control. These restrictions may affect reminder delivery even when the relevant permissions have been granted.
5. Third-Party Services
In its current version, NoStatic does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or cloud services that receive personal data from the app.
NoStatic uses third-party software libraries to provide certain technical functions, such as local notifications, local storage, time zone handling, and access to device settings. These libraries operate as part of the application and are not used by NoStatic to send personal data to their developers or to other third parties.
NoStatic does not currently integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, social sign-in services, cloud storage services, or remote account services.
6. Data Sharing
NoStatic does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
In its current version, NoStatic does not transmit personal data to Inchoms, advertising networks, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third-party services.
NoStatic does not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or commercial data-sharing purposes.
Data processed by NoStatic for its core functionality remains local to your device, subject only to device or operating-system mechanisms that may operate independently of NoStatic, as described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
NoStatic retains its application data locally on your device for as long as the app remains installed, unless you modify or remove that data through the app or your device settings.
You can remove NoStatic’s locally stored data by clearing the app’s data through your device settings or by uninstalling NoStatic.
NoStatic does not maintain a remote copy of your data on servers operated by Inchoms. Android cloud backup is disabled for the current version of NoStatic. As a result, uninstalling the app normally removes NoStatic’s locally stored application data, and reinstalling the app starts with a new local application state.
Some device-to-device migration mechanisms may be provided independently by your operating system or device manufacturer and may operate outside NoStatic’s control. Inchoms does not operate or access those mechanisms.
Because Inchoms does not receive or remotely store NoStatic’s local application data in the current version, there is no remote NoStatic account or server-side personal data to delete.
8. Children’s Privacy
NoStatic is a general-purpose application and is not specifically designed for or directed at children.
In its current version, NoStatic does not require users to create an account and does not transmit personal data to Inchoms or third parties.
If NoStatic introduces features in the future that involve the collection of personal data from users, additional safeguards may be implemented where required to protect children and comply with applicable age and parental consent requirements.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and, where applicable, data portability.
In the current version of NoStatic, the application data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored by Inchoms. As a result, Inchoms generally does not hold a remote copy of your NoStatic application data that could be accessed, corrected, exported, or deleted on your behalf.
You can manage or remove locally stored NoStatic data directly through the application where such controls are available, through your device settings, or by uninstalling the application.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to NoStatic, its features, our data practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
If a change materially affects how personal data is processed, we will provide appropriate notice before or when the change takes effect, where required by applicable law.
