1. Publisher and Scope

These terms concern use of the public information website. They do not grant an app license or regulate use of the NoStatic app. The app’s terms belong to the separate app document.
2. Informational Purpose and Previews
The website presents NoStatic, its features and its contact information. Screenshots identified as illustrative are previews and may differ from the available app. The words “Coming soon” indicate future availability; they do not constitute a download link or an opportunity to pre-register.
The website currently offers no direct sales, subscriptions, payments or user account creation. Product information on the website does not create a paid offer or payment terms.
3. Access and Lawful Use
You may access the public information on the website for lawful purposes. You must not compromise the website’s security, access its systems without authorization, distribute malicious code or use its content beyond the rights granted by applicable law or the rights holder.
Statutory exceptions, including those relating to interoperability where applicable, remain unaffected.

No provision limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
